    Con-Way Reaches $3.5M Deal To End Truckers' Break Suit

    Con-Way Freight Inc. agreed to pay $3.5 million to settle a class action brought by truck drivers who claim the shipping company pressured them to skip meal breaks in order to meet tight delivery schedules, according to a settlement filed in California federal court Friday.
