    Mazda Slapped With Suit Over Melting Dashboards

    Mazda Motor Corp. was hit Friday with a putative class action in California federal court, accusing the automaker of concealing that certain models have dashboards that can't withstand exposure to sunlight and subsequently melt, emit a chemical smell and take on a reflective quality that can cause temporarily blindness in drivers.
