NPS Says Contract Tweaks Didn't Harm Grand Canyon Hotelier
The U.S. National Park Service urged a Colorado federal court to toss Grand Canyon concessionaire Xanterra South Rim LLC's claims that the NPS' "arbitrary" changes to concessions contracts would kill its business, arguing Friday that Xanterra wasn't injured because the contracts were never executed.

Grand Canyon Hotelier Sues NPS Over Contract Changes
Grand Canyon concession operator Xanterra South Rim LLC filed suit Tuesday in Colorado federal court, accusing the National Park Service of arbitrary and capricious changes to concession contracts at the park that would leave its employees homeless and render its business unprofitable.
