    Boeing Pays $23M To End FCA Whistleblower Suit In Texas

    The Boeing Co. paid $23 million to settle a False Claims Act suit alleging it fraudulently billed the government for maintaining the U.S. Air Force's C-17 Globemaster transport aircraft over a four-year period at Boeing's San Antonio facility, according to court documents unsealed in Texas federal court Friday.
