Chrysler Tire Defect Hurt All Buyers, Minivan Owner Says
A minivan owner accusing Chrysler and Dodge of selling vehicles with defective tire valve stems said in New York federal court Friday that owners whose vans' tires haven't failed should not be excluded from the proposed class action, saying they all were injured by paying too much for vehicles with defects.

FCA Can't Ditch Defect Suit Over Minivan Tire Part
FCA US LLC failed to shake most of a proposed class action Tuesday after a New York federal judge determined there was sufficient evidence Chrysler Group LLC's successor knew of defects in the tire pressure monitoring systems for some of its minivans.
