    A Wisconsin federal judge on Monday refused to disqualify DLA Piper LLP from representing Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. in eight suits accusing Snap-On Inc. and others of ripping off lithium-ion-powered cordless tools patents, saying DLA shouldn't be blocked from working on the related cases just because Snap-On is its client.
