Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. on Monday slapped Sears Roebuck & Co. with a $19.5 million lawsuit over the beleaguered retailer's decision to back out of an agreement to sell co-branded tires, saying Goodyear has been left with more than a quarter-million tires it cannot sell.
