College Group Sues Feds Over 'Gainful Employment' Rule
A nonprofit trade group of private universities sued the U.S. Department of Education in federal court Thursday, claiming that a new "gainful employment" rule unfairly targets private schools by cutting off federal student aid unless their programs meet a "biased and arbitrary" earnings metric.
