    A California federal judge on Tuesday tossed out a putative class action accusing Procter & Gamble Co. and the Gillette brand of deceiving consumers by guaranteeing a 10-year storage life for certain Duracell batteries despite their potential for leakage, saying there was no actionable misrepresentation.
