Shriners Facility Loses $1.7M Flood Coverage Bid
A Texas federal judge has ruled that the Shriners fraternal organization isn't entitled to an additional $1.7 million in insurance coverage under a Praetorian insurance policy for damage resulting from a failed pipe at one of its facilities, holding that coverage is barred under a water exclusion.
