10th Circ. Won't Rehear Challenge To Snowboarding Ban
The Tenth Circuit on Monday declined to rehear a group of snowboarders' attempt to revive their suit over a snowboarding ban at the Alta Ski Area in Utah, which they challenged as unconstitutional because the resort leases land from the U.S. Forest Service.
