A Marine Corps. contractor that claims it lost a $99 million contract because a subcontractor lied about its size during the bidding process has reached a deal with the subcontractor to end the companies' dispute, according to court documents.

JGB Enterprises Inc. has told a New York federal judge that it lost a $99 million U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command contract reserved for small businesses because a subcontractor lied about its size during the bidding process, and is seeking damages of $100 million along with attorneys' fees for the lost contract and damage to its reputation.
