Selective Way Insurance Co. doesn't have to defend or indemnify a flood vent manufacturer in a lawsuit accusing it of misrepresenting its products and using a competitor's trademarks, a Virginia federal judge ruled Monday, finding that two exclusions in the Selective policy apply to bar coverage.
