Condo Complex Not Covered For Aesthetic Fixes, Court Says
A Florida federal judge ruled on Friday that a Miami condominium complex largely can't seek insurance coverage for the cost of replacing carpeting and other building components that weren't damaged in a water leak in order to achieve "aesthetic uniformity" with other components that had to be repaired or replaced due to the leak.
