    A Texas federal jury on Friday said W&T Offshore Inc. owes Apache Corp. $43.2 million for its share of the cost to plug undersea oil wells in accordance with federal environmental regulations, but also found Apache acted in bad faith and said the award should be reduced by $17 million.
