Under Armour Says Skechers Ad Rips Off 'Protect This House'
Under Armour Inc. launched a trademark infringement suit Tuesday in Maryland federal court against Skechers USA Inc., saying the shoe company's TV commercial rips off the athletic apparel company's well-known "Protect This House. I Will." ad campaign.
