Outfront Settles Publisher's Suit Over Name Change
Outfront Media Inc. said Friday it will settle a lawsuit brought by the publishers of LGBT publication OutFront accusing the outdoor advertising giant of unlawfully changing its name from CBS Outdoor, according to documents filed in Colorado federal court.

The publishers of LGBT magazine OutFront have filed a lawsuit on Friday against billboard giant CBS Outdoor over its recent rebrand to Outfront Media Inc., saying the name change will confuse consumers and unfairly link the magazine to anti-gay advertisers like Chik-Fil-A.
