Wal-Mart Inc. and GameStop Corp. struck back Tuesday at claims that they sell products that infringe patented microprocessor production technology, telling a Texas federal judge that two patents should be declared invalid for not meeting patent law requirements.

Intel Corp., Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Dell Inc. and several other businesses were sued on Monday in Texas federal court by a company that claims they are manufacturing and selling computer processors and personal computers that violate two of its patents.
