FTC Says Sysco Atty Can't See Protected Data In Merger Suit
The Federal Trade Commission asked a D.C. federal court Tuesday to block Sysco Corp.'s chief legal officer from accessing confidential customer information in the agency's suit against Sysco and U.S. Foods Inc. over their planned $3.5 billion merger, saying the executive is involved with Sysco's competitive decision-making.

Sysco, US Foods Say FTC Must Disclose Witness Identities
Sysco Corp. and US Foods Inc. said Monday that the Federal Trade Commission should have to make public the names of the 92 declarants who contributed to its complaint against their planned $3.5 billion merger, saying there is no legal reason the identities must be concealed.
