Tyson, Hillshire Beat Hot Dog IP Suit But Lose Sanctions Bid
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit accusing Tyson Foods and Hillshire Brands of infringing meat products company Parks LLC's trademark by using the slogan "Park's Finest" on a line of Ball Park hot dogs, but denied Tyson and Hillshire's request for sanctions.
