    A California federal judge slammed network security company Fortinet Inc. on Tuesday for not offering solid allegations that several of its employees stole trade secrets and decamped to rival FireEye Inc. but agreed that FireEye should pony up information related to former Fortinet clients, including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
