The U.S. government on Friday approved a settlement in a False Claims Act suit accusing Commerzbank AG of borrowing $350 million from the Federal Reserve while secretly helping Iran defy economic sanctions by transferring Iranian gold into the U.S. marketplace, the relator told a New York federal judge.
