    Skull Bottle Tequila Co. Can't Plug Rival Startup Brand

    A California federal judge on Monday tentatively rejected Elements Spirits Inc.'s bid to enjoin the company's former president from launching a competing tequila brand that, like Elements' KAH, comes in skull-shaped bottles, saying Elements might have breached the agreement that gave it the rights to the bottle trademarks.
