    Trucking Co. To Pay $700K To Settle Driver OT Claims

    California trucking company S.S. Skikos has agreed to pay $700,000 to settle a proposed class action brought on behalf of nearly 200 truck drivers who accused the company of a handful of federal and state labor law violations, according to a filing in a California federal court.
