    Immigration Status Evidence Won't Be Allowed In FLSA Suit

    An Illinois magistrate judge on Wednesday granted some bids from a restaurant worker to bar certain evidence in his suit against his former employer to recover wages and overtime pay he alleges he is owed, saying evidence regarding immigration status can't be introduced.
