A New Hampshire federal judge on Thursday refused to let a General Motors parts supplier out of a lawsuit for reneging on a contract to buy 33 million engine valve components, saying it's too early to resolve the issues that the supplier gave for dismissal.

GM Supplier Sued For $7M Over Nixed Parts Purchases
General Motors Co. parts supplier Eaton Corp. PLC was hit with a $7 million contract breach suit Wednesday in New Hampshire federal court, for allegedly failing to honor an agreement to buy 33 million engine valve components after GM temporarily stopped using them.
