State Dept. Found To Have Fulfilled Watchdog's Email FOIA
A Washington, D.C., federal judge has ruled in favor of the U.S. Department of State in a conservative watchdog group's lawsuit following a Freedom of Information Act request about officials' use of private email accounts, saying the State Department fulfilled its duty to search for relevant records before determining that none existed.
