Enbridge Pays $4M To End Lawsuit Over Mich. Oil Spill
Enbridge Energy Partners LP will pay $4 million to the federal government, the state of Michigan and two Native American tribes to settle allegations related to a 2010 oil spill that dumped 800,000 gallons of oil into the Kalamazoo River and its tributaries, according to a statement by the U.S. Department of Justice on Monday.
