    Stream Energy Sued For Charging Deceptively High Rates

    The Pennsylvania arm of utility provider Stream Energy was hit with a federal lawsuit on Tuesday by a putative class of customers who claim that the company fails to live up to its promise of competitive rates, instead charging nearly double that of other electricity providers in the state.
