    NY Court Backs UK Arbitration's Award For Maritime Co.

    A New York federal judge said Thursday that Crescendo Maritime Co. should be refunded the $18.6 million it paid for a ship that was never completed, confirming arbitration awards issued by a British arbitration panel in a contract dispute over the collapsed shipbuilding project and a bank's refund guarantees.
