A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Wednesday blessed Boomerang Tube LLC's slate of first-day motions, including preliminary approval of a $145 million debtor-in-possession financing package designed to buoy the oil and gas piping manufacturer as it moves forward with a prearranged restructuring plan.
