Tour Guide's Class Action Says Calif. Oil Spill Was Preventable
The oil spill in Santa Barbara County, California, continues to be a pipeline for lawsuits, most recently a putative class action filed Tuesday in federal court by a local tour guide claiming Plains All American Pipeline LP could've prevented it by installing an automatic shutoff valve.
