Wal-Mart Settles EEOC's Cancer Survivor Bias Suit In Ill.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. agreed Tuesday to pay $75,000 and meet certain training and reporting requirements to close out a case by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging an Illinois store failed to accommodate an employee who had suffered bone and breast cancer.
