    HVAC Corrosion Suit Gutted By NJ Federal Judge

    A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday dismissed most claims in a bulky class action over the allegedly widespread failures of Rheem Manufacturing Co. HVAC units, saying many claims were not adequately pled, but also gave the plaintiffs another chance to bring most of the dismissed claims.
