    A North Carolina federal judge on Monday concluded that Federal Insurance Co. must reimburse a tire retailer's roughly $500,000 loss stemming from an embezzlement scheme carried out by two executives of a payroll service the retailer hired, finding that the policy's "employee theft" clause provided coverage.
