Neb. Justices Asked If Labor Can Depreciate In Insurance Row
The Nebraska Supreme Court has been asked to weigh in on whether an insurance provider, when determining the "actual cash value" of a covered loss, can "depreciate" the cost of labor in its calculation when those terms aren't defined in the policy, according to a Nebraska federal court filing Tuesday.
