Otis Elevator Co. on Wednesday urged a Massachusetts federal judge to throw out or pause the Boston Red Sox's lawsuit seeking indemnification in an underlying case filed by a woman who fell down an elevator shaft at Fenway Park, saying the woman's injury case should be litigated first.
