    A D.C. federal court on Monday chucked a case over an L-1B visa petition from a Brazilian steakhouse seeking the intracompany transfer of a chef, ruling evidence showed the "churrasqueiro" chef position involved specialized knowledge, but affirming there wasn't enough evidence to show the beneficiary was qualified.
