Google May Duck Willfulness Claims In Language IP Suit
A California federal judge said Wednesday he'll likely throw out claims that Google Inc. willfully infringed several Word to Info Inc. patents on natural language processing, but will keep other claims against the search giant alive, saying he wasn't convinced by Google's invalidity arguments.
