NFL, DirectTV Hit With 3rd 'NFL Sunday Ticket' Class Action
The National Football League and DirecTV were hit with a proposed class action in California district court on Thursday that alleges an exclusivity agreement between the two concerning out-of-market games has erased price competition and forced bars and restaurants to pay exorbitant amounts, marking the third such suit against the duo in recent weeks.
