    Amazon, Wal-Mart Sued Over Messaging Stuffed Animals

    Amazon.com Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and four other retailers were slapped with a lawsuit Monday in California federal court alleging the companies are infringing patented technology for stuffed animals able to send and receive text and voice messages over an Internet cloud network and asking for an immediate block on their sale.
