    Williams-Sonoma Defends Win Against NJ Workers' OT Suit

    Williams-Sonoma Inc. urged a New Jersey federal judge on Monday to uphold the furniture company's defeat of overtime wage claims brought by a putative class of delivery drivers, saying the court conducted the appropriate test to conclude the workers were not Williams-Sonoma employees and there is no basis for reconsideration.
