Zurich Settles With Oil Drilling Co. Over Fire Coverage
A Texas federal judge on Tuesday dismissed Zurich American Insurance Co.'s suit claiming it need not defend Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc. for 1,200 acres of destruction allegedly caused by an oil drill fire, after Zurich told the court a settlement had been reached.
