Contractor Used Cheap Paint, Air Force Says In $1.6M Suit
The U.S. Air Force sued an Oklahoma contractor Tuesday in Oklahoma federal court for more than $1.6 million under the False Claims Act, alleging it cheated the Air Force by using paint on jet floors that is inferior than what its contract required.
