A California federal judge Thursday denied mobile video game developer uCool Inc.'s bid to trim some copyright infringement allegations lobbed by game giant Blizzard Entertainment, saying the suit plausibly alleges the smaller company copied two characters from Blizzard's popular "Diablo" and "Starcraft" products.
