    Del Monte Foods Says Licensees Have Misused Trademarks

    Del Monte Foods Inc., which owns the rights to the Del Monte trademark, sued Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. and a subsidiary in New York federal court Friday alleging they violated two license agreements by attaching the marks to operations in the Middle East for services not authorized by the licenses.
