    Sigma's Bad-Faith Claim Can't Survive Alone, Gotham Says

    Gotham Insurance Co. on Wednesday urged a California federal judge to ax a bad-faith claim in Sigma Financial Corp.'s suit over coverage of arbitration claims filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, saying the court had already thrown out all other causes of action and the bad-faith claim can't survive independently.
