Nautilus Hyosung Inc. on Tuesday said it is fully prepared to respond to Diebold Inc.'s "aggressive advance," a day after the technology and software company filed complaints with the U.S. International Trade Commission and an Ohio federal court accusing Nautilus of infringing many of its ATM patents.
