    Hartford Fire Insurance Co. sued information technology consulting company Accudata Systems Inc. in Texas federal court Tuesday, claiming Accudata waited too long to seek coverage for a $7 million settlement of a lawsuit alleging the company made false reports to regulators that a competitor was illegally dodging employment taxes.
