    Daikin AC Seller's $2M Suit Sent Back To Puerto Rican Court

    A Puerto Rico federal judge rejected a request by Japanese air conditioner maker Daikin to keep a $2.1 million lawsuit by a local distributor in his courtroom, saying he lacked jurisdiction partly because the international arbitration agreement filed with the court only had one signature.
